Hanna and Miras’ wedding at Sirene Blue Resort in Poros was a seaside escape soaked in the sun and azure vistas. Their venue, stacked up the hillside of the Monastiri Gulf was what had them consider tying the knot in Poros in the first place. Separated from the mountainous Peloponnese by a sea channel, Poros’ protected setting makes the town seem like a cheery lakeside resort. Lush spiraling greenery corseting the region made it perfect for a getaway wedding, not only for our bride and groom but for their merry guests who had an opportunity to lounge and spend their lovely holidays in the sunny resort. Packed with emotions and endless red roses the wedding day started peacefully as our gorgeous bride calmly prepared in her suite. It’s so important for a bride to have time enough to spend getting prepped -we cannot stress this enough, a happy relaxed mood always shows in photographs. We got some time to shoot her portraits as well as capture the bliss with her squad and then we spent some time with the boys who dressed up our dapper groom and had some toasts with bubbly. The ceremony opened with Hanna’s bridesmaids who carried red rose bouquets. Escorted by her father Hanna arrived looking stunning, and it didn’t take long before some tear-jerking moments ensued. During cocktail hour we stole Hanna and Miras away to shoot their wedding portraits around the chapel and the resort’s gardens. Such a simple and organic scenery brought out the couple’s beauty and their faces shining with joy. As for the wedding party, we had the pleasure to shoot a bunch who rocked their dancing moves until the wee hours!
